I've always thought the Windows 10 edition is interesting… it means that there is already working builds of Minecraft for PC (or really just Windows) using the same base code as Pocket edition and the console versions. Hmmm… leaves a lot of interesting questions about the future of Minecraft development. Will be interesting to see where things go, as always. :)

Well 1.10 is adding several things that have been in PE. The auto-hop walking feature and the gravity particles under floating sand/gravel, as two examples. The differences between the platform versions are slowly becoming fewer.

Heh, this is fascinating. The next two years of Minecraft development will be fascinating. I can't quite yet cast a prediction of where things will go yet.
